PERFECT photo - that's the same rim I'm buying, well maybe a little narrower than the 4.25x18 I'm lookin' at -this looks like it might be more like a 3.00"-3.50" ... anyway it's on one of the hubs I've got here, and I'm trying to decide which to use - Conical -A/-B type or the later 48 hole -CSR hub. It helps to have a pic of what it'll look like. Thanks for posting this!
