Apostolis' XS250 CafeRacer

WELL... THE STORY IS THE FOLLOWING...

SOME DAYS AGO... MY FRIEND DAVID, SENDS ME AN EMAIL, ALL CRAZY ABOUT A BIKE HE HAD JUST SEEN ON A SIDE WALK (IN THESSALONIKI)!
DESCRIPTION...BLA BLA... BUT NO CLUE OF WHAT IT COULD BE!
AND OF COURSE I YELLED AT HIM:

WTF MAN... U R A PHOTOGRAPHER..AND U TOOK NO PIC????????????????????
HEHEHE

SO I SAID: GO BACK, ON THE SAME SPOT, ASK SOMEBODY/ANYBODY NEAR THERE, IN THE NEARBY SHOPS.. THEY WILL KNOW!

AND OF COURSE... THEY KNEW!!!

HERE IS HIS EMAIL OF SOME MIN. AGO:

Christos,

I was not dreaming, not smoking opium - the bike EXISTS.

OK. Just the facts -

1978 U.S. spec Yamaha XS 250cc (chopper-type) - its had 3 lives; chopper, scrambler and now, a café racer.

Current specs:

motor has changed to a XS 400cc Yama

1972 BSA wheels & Tires

custom seat

clip-on handle bars

many, small custom-accessories and modifications.

AND I ADD...  REALLY, A LOVELY BIKE!!

A REAL SAKE RACER

;)
